Shipping Notices

Canada Post has already recorded shipping delays and is expecting further delays during the holiday months. Please take these delays into account when ordering during this time. Once items have left our warehouse, they become the responsibility of Canada Post and issues during transit are out of our control. 

We will be offering two-day shipping via a local GTA courier closer to the holidays (applies only to those living within the Greater Toronto Area). You will see this option at checkout when it is available. 

Curbside pickups will still be offered at our 1130 Yonge St store in Toronto, Canada. Please pick your orders up within 7 days, or they will be shipped back to our warehouse and you will need to be in touch to arrange shipping to your home address ( a fee may apply). 

You may pick your online orders up curbside between 11AM and 3PM, Tuesdays through Saturdays. 


All purchases made between November 20th, 2020 and January 1st, 2021 can be returned or exchanged until January 9th, 2021 both via mail and curbside. Curbside returns only receive store credit, while returns made via mail to our warehouse address will receive full refund minus original shipping costs.
