IN STORE PICKUPS

We offer a free in-store pickup option for those living within the GTA, or those who can visit our store at 1130 Yonge St, Toronto, Ontario. This option is available to all those ordering online within Canada, however please only choose this option if you are able to pick your package up. 

                                                                                                                                     

PLACING AN ORDER


Placing a pickup order is the same as placing an online shipping order. When checking out, you will still have to enter your shipping and billing information for payment verification purposes. This does not mean that you are having your items shipped. Once you have entered your personal information, you will be asked to choose from the following shipping options - IN STORE PICKUP, STANDARD SHIPPING, EXPRESS SHIPPING. Please choose the pickup option. 

Once paid for and processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with information regarding your pickup. 

                                                                                                                                       

CUT OFF TIMES


Online pickup orders placed before 4pm Monday through Friday will be available for pickup the following day. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday, until midnight on Sunday will be available the following Tuesday, as pickups are not fulfilled on evenings or weekends. 

Same-day pickups are not available. 

                                                                                                                                       

FULFILLMENT


Your order confirmation email does not mean your order is ready for pickup, simply that it has been placed and confirmed with our site. 

You will receive a second email when your items have been packaged by our shipping department. This does not mean your package is ready for pickup. 

You will NOT receive an email to indicate when your package is ready for pickup, however unless you receive an email from us stating your pickup is delayed, you may visit the store the day following your fulfillment email to pickup your package.

                                                                                                                                

PICKING UP YOUR ORDER


All pickup orders will be held for a maximum of 7 days at our store, before they are returned to our warehouse. At that point, shipping will need to be arranged at the customer's expense. 

Please visit our store during our hours of operation to pick up your package. Please show the associate your order confirmation email and provide your name. They will hand you your package. 

We always suggest giving the store a call (1-647-351-7111) before arriving to ensure your package is there and ready for pickup. 

                                                                                                                                

UNCLAIMED GOODS
Customers are expected to pick up their online pick-up purchases at the store within 7 days from the date of fulfillment. The customer has 14 days from the date of fulfillment to return online by Mail for a refund, or may choose to return their purchase to the store for credit only within 7 days.
After 7 days your unclaimed order may be returned to our warehouse and a $12.00 + HST  shipping charge required to ship the order to a home address. Should a customer fail to accept delivery or pick up their online order within 60 days of the shipping date, Thursdays will consider the order and property abandoned and has the right to sell, dispose of, or use any such products in any way it chooses. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to follow up regarding their online purchase and pick up their order within the reasonable 7 days. Thursdays will not be helfinancially liable or responsible for providing reminders to pick up orders, and will not offer store credits or refunds of goods not picked up. 
AFTER 14 DAYS OF ORDER FULFILMENT, NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED
