Return & Exchange Details

How To Mail Back an Online Return



Items purchased from our Warehouse Sale Sections or full priced items purchased on PROMOTION are all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All accessories and gift cards are also final sale

Your item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging and/or with the original tags attached. Please note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Thursdays and that Thursdays reserves the right to limit or refuse a return, in its sole discretion if these conditions aren't met.                                                                                                                             



Beginning November 21st, 2022.

All purchases made from November 21st until December 26th, 2022 can be returned until January 9th, 2023. 




Canadian online purchases may be returned one of two ways: 

1. Return via Mail for a Full Refund

Your item(s) may be returned via mail to our warehouse for a full refund. A return label will be provided to you, and a postage fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund. You may start your return HERE. Returns must mailed back within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order, and if you are outside of that timeframe, you will not be able to create a return.

2. Return to our 1130 Yonge St Store for a Store Credit 

Canadian online purchases may be returned to our 1130 Yonge St store in Toronto, Ontario for a store credit only. Returns can be made during store hours (Mondays - Saturdays, 10AM - 5PM). Returns must be made to the store within 10 days of date of delivery. 

International Online Orders may be returned via mail to our warehouse at the address below. International returns are made at the customer's expense.

Note that Thursdays is not responsible for any delays or missing items during return shipping. You are responsible for all shipping and duty costs associated with the return. Please attach your original order number and your name to the package - or include this information inside.

All original shipping and duty charges are non-refundable. Any return shipping or duty costs are at your expense for any items returned by mail.

All purchases made in-store can be returned back to our store within 10 days from the date of purchase. These returns will receive store credit only in the form of a virtual gift card, which can be used online or in-store. This gift card will be sent to your email. 




When returning an item either online or in-store:

- Ensure that all items are packed and sealed securely using the original packaging, if possible; and that your original invoice or order confirmation email is included in or on the package. All items must have their original tags attached. If your item did not come with tags, disregard this step.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and refunded your item(s). We will notify you if your return has been rejected and the reason. 

- If your return is approved, it will be processed and refund will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Please allow your bank 5 - 10 business days to process the refund. It will not show on your bank statement right away. 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not allow for the return of any items to our warehouse location unless they are mailed via a trusted courier, as we require return shipping slips as confirmation. We will not accept returns sent to any location other than the address above. 



We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Thursdays account or future orders being refused.


Online Exchanges 

At this time we cannot accommodate direct exchanges online. Please return your order and make a new purchase. 

In Store Exchanges 

If you would like to exchange an item during our curbside hours, please send an email to and we can arrange to have the desired items/sizes sent down to the store for you. Please note that we do not hold items, and we suggest visiting the store for your exchange as soon as possible.



1. Please request a return via our online return portal HERE

2. Once your return request is reviewed and accepted by our team, you will receive an email with a Canada Post return shipping label.

3. Package all your items securely, with original tags attached (if applicable), and place your original order invoice into the package. 

4. Attach the provided return label to the package and bring it to any Canada Post location to ship out. 

5. Once we receive your return, we will process it and you will receive an email with confirmation of your refund. Please note that due to extra safety measures in place, returns may take longer than usual to process.
