1. Can I drop off my return at the warehouse?
- No, we do not accept drop-off returns at our warehouse. We require all returns to be shipped back to us via mail, as the shipping labels are our confirmation of return.
2. Can I cancel/change my order after it's placed?
- Please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order if you wish to cancel or change your order. Otherwise, once your order has been shipped or fulfilled we no longer have the ability to cancel or change your order.
3. Do you offer curbside pickup?
- Yes we do! During checkout, please choose the in-store pickup option. You can only pick up from our 1130 Yonge St location at this time, during store hours. We will not notify you when your order is ready, but if you're not sure please call the store or email us at email@example.com and we can let you know!
4. Can I pick my order up the same day I ordered it?
- No. Our stores do not contain all our stock and all orders are brought to the store from our warehouse. If you place your order before 4pm, you can pick your order up the next day! Any orders placed between Friday after 4pm and Monday before 4pm, can be picked up the following Tuesday.
