ORDER PROCESSING TIMES                                                                                                                                   

Orders placed before 3pm on a business day will be processed and shipped out the same day or the next business day. Orders received over the weekend and on major holidays will be processed the following business day. We do not currently offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. 

During sale and holiday periods, more time may be needed in processing your order. 

                                                                                                                                    

RESTRICTIONS

Thursdays cannot accommodate shipping to P.O. Boxes. For any more rural addresses, please allow more time for your package to arrive. 

                                                                                                                                        

TAXES & DUTIES

All prices displayed on our site are in CAD, excluding applicable sales tax. Once you reach the Order Summary page you will see your total order amount including taxes. 

Orders within Canada will not be subject to additional duties and taxes. 

                                                                                                                                        

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email with your order information including a tracking link. You may enter your tracking information into Canada Post's website to view the status of your order. 

                                                                                                                                        

FAQ

1. How can I change something in my order once it is placed?

Before your order has been prepared for shipment, our Customer Service team can help you cancel an item or, where possible, change the size of an item within your order. If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please contact us at info@shopthursdays.com during business hours for immediate assistance. Once an order has been prepared for shipment, it is not possible to edit billing or shipping details, combine orders, or add/remove additional products to an existing order. 

2. What if my package shows it has been delivered but I do not have it?

Please note that Canada Post sometimes marks packages as delivered pre-maturely, and the package may show up 1 - 2 business days after the delivery scan. If the package still hasn't arrived after that timeframe and you have checked all common areas, mail rooms, etc., please let us know at info@shopthursdays.com

If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment, a claim needs to be filed with Canada Post. If a package shows it has been delivered through a trackable number and the customer is unable to locate their package, Thursdays will not issue a refund or store credit.
